On September 24th and October 8th, 2014 the CyHRMA in collaboration with the University of Cyprus and Cyprus University of Technology organized respectively a lecture for the University students and unemployed young people titled “Self-Awareness and Professional Success.” The lecture speaker was Mr. Adonis Anastasiou, Managing Director of Adonis Business Academy.

The lecture purpose was to create self-awareness among participants so they can realize their full potential and use every single day as a stepping stone towards their success. He urged them to start building knowledge, skills and self-confidence as these are the essential components that are going to bring them success on a personal and professional level. Through a series of examples, he analysed the formula of success that is simple to decide what they want to pursue as a career and then go and do massive actions to achieve it.
