On February 11th 2015, the CyHRMA in collaboration with the Cyprus University of Technology organized a presentation on “Self-awareness and Professional Success”.
The presentation was held by Mr. Vassilakkas, member of the CyHRMA and Director of Future Advisor Career Development, who demonstrated to the participants the effects of personal development through self-awareness, on successful professional development. He presented the process of assessing their skills, values and personality to create a professional vision and mission. Through the presentation and a series of examples, he provided the essence of creating goals and scenarios that lead to success taking into consideration all the information and knowledge they acquire through self-awareness.
The participants had the opportunity to relate to the presentation by posing questions about their personal experiences and perceptions.
