On the 20th of March 2017, CyHRMA in cooperation with the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) Cyprus, organized a lecture for the University students on the subject “Increase your chances of Being Employed”.

The presentation was held by Mrs Nicoleta Crassa, HR Professional. The aim of the presentation was to give a clear understanding of what the Interviewers require of the candidates during the Interview process and how to make the maximum impact in the most efficient and professional manner.

Emphasis was given to the planning and structure of an Interview, as well as to the different Interview Styles that exist for different jobs. Strategies for a successful Interview were developed, discussed and analysed, enabling candidates to have a thorough understanding during application.

During the presentation the participants were given the opportunity to ask questions, discussion was encouraged and answers were given with practical examples.
