ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2023

Ο Κυπριακός Σύνδεσμος Διεύθυνσης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού (Κυ.Συ.Δ.Α.Δ.) διοργάνωσε για μια ακόμη χρονιά ένα επιτυχημένο Ετήσιο Συνέδριο. Το Συνέδριο πραγματοποιήθηκε στις 18 Μαΐου στο Κτήμα Κουσιουμή Οριεντάλ στη Λευκωσία με φυσική παρουσία 200 συμμετεχόντων περίπου, επαγγελματιών και ακαδημαϊκών του τομέα του Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.

Την έναρξη του Συνεδρίου κήρυξε με ομιλία της η Πρόεδρος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου, κυρία Έλενα Σταυρινού και στη συνέχεια ακολούθησαν ομιλίες από τον Υπουργό Εργασίας, Πρόνοιας και Κοινωνικών Ασφαλίσεων κύριο Γιάννη Παναγιώτου και από τον Γενικό Διευθυντή της Ομοσπονδίας Εργοδοτών και Βιομηχάνων (ΟΕΒ), κύριο Μιχάλη Αντωνίου. Οι πιο πάνω παρουσίασαν και ανάλυσαν τις τρέχουσες προκλήσεις και τάσεις που αντιμετωπίζει ο κλάδος Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, αναγνωρίζοντας τη σημασία του Συνεδρίου καθώς και την συνεργασία και την όλη συνεισφορά του Συνδέσμου γενικότερα. Επιπλέον, πραγματοποιήθηκε παρουσίαση της κυρίας Έλλη Ματσόυκα, μέλους του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου, αναφορικά με την Παγκόσμια μέρα του Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού και του κυρίου Γιώργου Φυλακτού μέλος του IHRD συμβουλίου, σχετικά με το Chat GBT και τη τεχνητή νοημοσύνη.

Στο Συνέδριο παρουσιάστηκαν οι πιο σύγχρονες, καινοτόμες και δημιουργικές τάσεις του τομέα  Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού. Μια επίλεκτη ομάδα ομιλητών διεθνούς εμβέλειας μοιράστηκαν με τους συμμετέχοντες τις ιδέες, τις εμπειρίες και τις πληροφορίες τους σε ένα ευρύ φάσμα θεμάτων ζωτικής σημασίας για το μέλλον της Διεύθυνσης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού καθώς και την επιχειρηματική επιτυχία.

Οι πέντε (5) εμπειρογνώμονες του τομέα που έκαναν κύριες παρουσιάσεις ήταν οι ακόλουθοι:

(1) Η Kim Ades η οποία είναι ιδρυτής των Frame of Mind Coaching™ και The Journal That Talks Back™. Αναγνωρισμένη ως πρωτοπόρος στον τομέα καθοδήγησης της ηγεσίας και της γνώσης της σκέψης. Η Kim χρησιμοποιεί τη μοναδική της φιλοσοφία και το ιδιόρρυθμο στυλ της για να βοηθήσει τους ηγέτες να εντοπίσουν τα «τυφλά» τους σημεία και να μάθουν πως να κατευθύνουν τη σκέψη τους ώστε να επιτύχουν εξαιρετικά αποτελέσματα. Η Kim, συγγραφέας, ομιλήτρια, επιχειρηματίας, προπονήτρια και μαμά πέντε παιδιών, διδάσκει την διαδικασία καθοδήγησης σε ηγέτες, στελέχη και επιχειρηματίες σε όλο τον κόσμο. Μέσα από την παρουσίαση της προέτρεψε το κοινό να κάνει «Μεγάλα όνειρα», να παραμείνει συγκεντρωμένο σε αυτό που πραγματικά θέλει και να αντιληφθεί τι το εμποδίζει στην απόκτηση του.

(2) Ο Mohamed Mossilhy, είναι εκπαιδευτής και έμπειρος επαγγελματίας HR και L&D με μεγάλη εμπειρία σε έργα ανάπτυξης ταλέντων. Επί του παρόντος είναι επικεφαλής των δραστηριοτήτων μάθησης και διαχείρισης απόδοσης της Leejam Sports (της μεγαλύτερης αθλητικής αλυσίδας στη ΜΕΝΑ). Διαθέτει πέραν των 18 χρόνων εμπειρία σε έργα μετασχηματισμού, όπως ψηφιοποίηση, συγχώνευση και  εξαγορά. Έχει βοηθήσει πολλούς μεγάλους οργανισμούς σε διαφορετικούς κλάδους (όπως αθλητισμός, συμβουλευτική, ακίνητα, λιανική και φιλοξενία) κατά την διάρκεια μετασχηματισμού τους χρησιμοποιώντας στρατηγικές εστιασμένες στο άνθρωπο δυναμικό. Ο Μοχάμεντ με την ομιλία του πρότεινε τρόπους αύξησης της αφοσίωσης των εργαζομένων σε 10 εβδομάδες και συμβούλευσε τους ηγέτες να είναι «ορατοί» και να μην αντιγράφουν ποτέ όσα κάνουν άλλες εταιρείες.

(3) Η Katja Schipperheijn είναι μια διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένη ομιλήτρια, συγγραφέας, στρατηγός μάθησης σχετικά με καινοτομίες που υποστηρίζουν τη μάθηση και την ανάπτυξη σε έναν κόσμο που αλλάζει όλο και πιο γρήγορα. Ως η κεντρική ομιλήτρια στο συνέδριο, εστίασε στην αξία που προσφέρει η συμβίωση μεταξύ ανθρώπων και μηχανών για την επίτευξη βιώσιμης ανάπτυξης με έμφαση στη δέσμευση και την ευημερία. Ενέπνευσε και προέτρεψε το κοινό να προχωρήσει κοιτάζοντας το μέλλον μέσα από τα μάτια των παιδιών και των νέων οι οποίοι σύντομα θα αποτελέσουν μέρος του μέλλοντος της εργασίας. Το εμπνευσμένο της βιβλίο με όνομα «Learning Ecosystems» ούτε  αποφεύγει τις διαφημιστικές εκστρατείες όπως το Metaverse αλλά ούτε υποστηρίζει παλιά δόγματα σχετικά με τις στρατηγικές μάθησης και μάθησης. Συχνά προκλητική, προσφέρει ιδέες και εργαλεία που υποστηρίζουν μια στρατηγική προσανατολισμένη στο μέλλον για ανάπτυξη μέσω της συνεχής βελτίωσης, μαζί με τους εργαζόμενους, τον οργανισμό και την κοινωνία. Η Katja εισηγήθηκε ότι η  δημιουργία μιας έξυπνης συνύπαρξης μεταξύ ανθρώπων και τεχνολογίας χρειάζεται να δημιουργηθεί, οι άνθρωποι δεν πρέπει ποτέ να περιορίζουν τα πιστεύω τους, και όταν θέλουν να καινοτομήσουν, πρέπει να επιβραδύνουν και να στραφούν προς τη φύση ώστε να αντλήσουν έμπνευση από αυτήν.

(4) Η Νατάσα Νίρου είναι μια έμπειρη εκπαιδεύτρια γιόγκα και προπονήτρια ευεξίας έχοντας ως πάθος της να βοηθά τους επαγγελματίες να μειώσουν το άγχος και να βελτιώσουν τη σωματική και ψυχική τους ευεξία. Με εμπειρίες πέραν των δέκα χρόνων στον τομέα της γιόγκα και του διαλογισμού, η Νατάσα έχει εμπλουτίσει την τεχνογνωσία της μέσω εκτενούς εκπαίδευσης στην τεχνική και τη φυσιολογία asana, τη βουδιστική φιλοσοφία, τον διαλογισμό επίγνωσης και τις τεχνικές χαλάρωσης. Η Νατάσα προσέφερε μια συνεδρία αναζωογόνησης όπου όλοι οι παρευρισκόμενοι συμμετείχαν και απόλαυσαν τις ασκήσεις της.

(5) Ο Christopher Armitage  ηγείται του Χαρτοφυλακίου του Ανθρώπινου Κεφαλαίου της Deloitte Consulting στη Μέση Ανατολή και κατέχει περισσότερα από 20 χρόνια συμβουλευτικής εμπειρίας, σε διάφορους κλάδους, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των Χρηματοοικονομικών Υπηρεσιών, της Κεντρικής Κυβέρνησης, της Ενέργειας και των Πόρων. Έχει ηγηθεί μεγάλων έργων οργάνωσης και μετασχηματισμού ανθρώπινου δυναμικού σε όλο τον κόσμο. Στην ομιλία του, η οποία αφορούσε το “Shaping HR’s Response to Today’s Market Realities”, συνέστησε τρία βασικά στοιχεία για να γίνει κάποιος επιτυχημένος επαγγελματίας, όπως το να θέτει τις σωστές προτεραιότητες, να έχει τη σωστή ομάδα και να διαχειρίζεται σωστά τις ανθρώπινες σχέσεις.

Οι ειδικοί ομιλητές γοήτευσαν το ακροατήριο τους με τα συναρπαστικά θέματα και τον ξεχωριστό τρόπο παρουσίασής τους.

Ήταν αναμφισβήτητα μια εξαιρετικά πολύτιμη μέρα που με επιτυχία συγκέντρωσε μερικά από τα λαμπρότερα μυαλά κάτω από μια πλατφόρμα, παρέχοντας την ευκαιρία για συζήτηση, ανταλλαγή απόψεων, ιδεών και λεπτομερή εξέταση  των αναδυόμενων τάσεων και προκλήσεων.  

Επίσης, η εκδήλωση αποτέλεσε μια πλατφόρμα προβληματισμού, εμβάθυνσης γνώσεων και έμπνευσης για τα νέα εργαλεία που θα επιτρέψουν την ανάδειξη καλών πρακτικών σε θέματα Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, καθώς και ανάλυσης των  προκλήσεων που αντιμετωπίζουν οι επαγγελματίες Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού μέσα στο σύνθετο και συνεχώς μεταβαλλόμενο επιχειρησιακό περιβάλλον.
