Panayiotis Thrasyvoulou served two terms as President of the Cyprus Human Resources Management Association (CyHRMA).
He is a Partner and the Head of People Advisory Services (PAS) at EY Cyprus. At EY, Panayiotis helps organisations transform their people functions and navigate the future effectively.
He joined EY after working for 11 years in HR leadership roles in diverse Groups of Companies, which, among others, operate in the fields of automotive, construction, property development, hospitality, FMCG, IT and 3PL.
He then founded his own consulting firm, which he successfully ran for 3 years, before taking on his current position.
He is a certified Quality Manager, a certified Trainer and assessor of renowned psychometric tests.
Panayiotis holds a BSc (Merit) in Business Management from Essex University, an MSc (Distinction) in International Employment Relations & Human Resources Management from LSE, and a PhD (c) in Management from the University of Cyprus. At LSE he received the “Foundation of Automation and Human Development School Prize for the Best Overall Performance”. His academic research revolves around the issues of work and organisational (re) design.
