Biography:
Through my many years of experience in KPMG Cyprus, I was involved in the preparation and implementation of policies and procedures related to human resources issues, the implementation of evaluation/appraisal process, remuneration and recognition procedures as well as conducting people perception surveys. In addition, my main activities include the management of specific programs and certifications related to Human Resources issues as well as the implementation of various practices in the field of Engagement and Wellbeing.
Degrees: Business Administration – University of Cyprus and International Human Resource Management – Newcastle Upon Tyne University
Certifications: Sound Labour Relations Officer from the Federation of Employers & Industrialists (OEB)
Vision:
She aims to closely collaborate with other professionals in the field to implement actions and initiatives that would help HR professionals to properly address future trends and share experiences and best practices aiming to improve the business working environment. She believes that a working environment that helps people reach their full potential, feel happy and motivated can in turn improve our culture and society in general.
